Is it necessary to book if visiting in a large group?
Due to the nature of the facility, please inquire in advance if possible.

May I take photographs inside the galleries?
This will vary depending on the exhibition or event. Please check the sign in the gallery.
May I take notes inside the galleries?
You may take notes with a regular lead pencil, but the use of ballpoint pens, fountain pens, and mechanical pencils is not permitted.
If you wish to borrow a pencil, please ask at the reception counter at the entrance of the gallery.
I would like to hire out the Gallery space. What do I need to do?
The Gallery is not available for hire.
Are there lockers available?
There are lockers available for a fee on the 1st floor of the Shibuya City Labour & Welfare Hall.
Can I borrow a baby’s stroller?
The Gallery does not have any strollers available for borrowing.
Do you have a space for nursing infants and changing their diapers?
If you wish to nurse your baby, please ask a Gallery staff member or at Reception. For diaper changes, please use the changing table in the universal restroom on the 1st floor of the Shibuya City Labour & Welfare Hall.

Is food and drink allowed in the Gallery?
Eating and drinking inside the Gallery is strictly prohibited. *Some events excluded.
Do you have a toilet for ostomates?
There are no ostomate facilities in the universal restroom.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the Gallery. The Gallery also does not have a smoking area.
