This event will feature a range of programs, including a live concert, live painting, performances, and artist talks associated with the exhibition. Artists and visitors will be able to interact and respond to each other fluidly. Various programs are scheduled for the duration of the Grand Opening Exhibition, including a music performance by the composer and artist, Shuta Hasunuma, and performance by Yuki Kobayashi and Ryo Matsuoka, who will also participate in the Exhibition.
Artists
Shuta Hasunuma
Born in Tokyo in 1983.
Hasunuma is engaged in a diverse range of creative projects, including the Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra, concerts in various locations, composing music for theater and film, sound work with a focus on environmental and electronic sounds.
Yuki Kobayashi
Born in Tokyo in 1990.
Completed the Performance Pathway at the Royal College of Art in 2016. Through multiple forms of art using his own body, Kobayashi casts doubts on the stereotypes found in society.
Ryo Matsuoka
Born in Tokyo in 1974.
In addition to paintings that he creates without brushes, using his fingers to paint, as if to check the feel of paints on the paper, he also creates free-flowing machine embroidery in bright colors, installations, and murals, displaying a wide range of expressions. Matsuoka has participated in many exhibitions in Japan and overseas.
