作品がOrihimeのカメラでは見えにくい場合があるため、イベント時にお使いいただく作品図版をお送りします。郵送で紙に印刷した作品図版をご希望かEメールで画像データ送付をご希望かお知らせください。郵送をご希望される場合は、当選された方のみ送付先（住所・ご氏名）をEメールで伺います。
For those who selected [Remote Operation], we will provide images of the exhibited works, as they may be hard to see the details via Orihime's camera.
Please let us know if you would prefer to receive them by post or by email. If you're selected for the event and prefer post, we’ll ask for your name and address by email.

ご提供いただきました個人情報は、本フォームからお申込みいただく東京都渋谷公園通りギャラリーの事業の実施のために利用させていただきます。
当ギャラリーにて厳重に管理し、事業の実施後、速やかに破棄いたします。
Your personal information will be used solely for Tokyo Shibuya Koen-dori Gallery program for which you have applied through this form.
All provided information will be securely managed by the Gallery and promptly deleted after the program concludes.

*本イベント中に撮影した写真・動画は、展示や当ギャラリー公式SNS、作家のSNS等で公開する場合があります。ご了承の上お申し込みください。

*If there are too many applications, a lottery will be held.
*The result of the lottery will be sent to winners only by e-mail before Friday, 21 November 2025.

*Photographs and videos taken at this event may be published on the exhibition, the gallery's social media (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and the artists' social media, in addition to being used for documentation purposes. Please understand this in advance.
