This exhibition, featuring guest curators, Association “crazy about SHITAMACHI-RETRO” and TSUZUKI Kyoichi, presents more than 1,000 works of “Mom’s Art,” handicraft works of varying sizes created by “mothers,” which is an art form that has been quietly attracting attention since the early 2000s. It will home in on the time and place of creatives who are not associated with specialized art education, their expression, and their charm.
