For	Anyone is welcome to join — people living with Parkinson’s disease, their families and caregivers, healthcare and welfare professionals, and anyone interested in or inspired by the Dance Well program.
Capacity	Each session: 15 people max［Advance application required］ *Order of arrival. We will close as soon as we reach capacity.
How to participate	*Booking Form will open on Friday 24 April 2026, at 10:00 a.m. If you would like to join this event, please fill out the Booking Form below. Booking Form You are welcome to join both the morning and afternoon sessions. If you would like to attend both, please submit the form twice—once for each session. *If you apply with Gmail, iCloud, etc., you may not receive the auto-reply due to a system issue.
